Delivery of Jenfeed Logic Plus passes the 500 mark

It was the first feeder that combined the patented vertical feeding position, well-known from the Logic feeder range, with a horizontal delivering position, well-known from the Variant feeder range. The development was based on the Logic 2000 and the Variant feeder ranges. Soon after the first introduction at the 2006 JENSEN Innovation Days and the first presentation in public at Expo Detergo 2006, orders came pouring in.

At that time, the Jenfeed Logic Plus was the only feeder in the world with pivotable soft-touch spreading clamps, combining the advantages of a height-adjustable vertical feeding position and the horizontal transfer technique well known from the JENSEN Variant feeders. The result was a very high capacity of up to 1200 pieces in 1-lane production, and up to 2000 pieces in 2-lane-production. The feeding quality is on the highest level in the industry.

The optimum
The benefits of the Jenfeed Logic Plus are best summarized with one word: Optimum. An optimum grip and optimum delivering angle is ensured by the ”Soft-Touch” spreading clamp, which works by means of an air cushion. When receiving the linen, the fixation of corners in the spreading clamp is gently applied by air pressures, and automatically adapts to various linen thickness according to category, ensuring at all times an optimum grip to the linen. The height-adjustable vacuum box guarantees an optimum treatment of large- and small piece linen, and the height-adjustable feeding clamp technique offers optimum ergonomic working conditions for the operators in front of the stations. This concept is quite unique, and was patented by JENSEN.

As with all other machines and solutions, the Jenfeed Logic Plus confirms our vision to develop products with the performance of laundries in mind. Jenfeed Logic Plus no. 500 will be delivered to Cholet Laundry in France - the same laundry that installed the very first Logic feeder after it was introduced at a trade show in Paris in 1992.
