JENSEN-GROUP announces that today, August 11, 2026, it has come to an agreement with CMA-Holding Odense ApS, represented by Mr. Mads Andresen, to increase its ownership in Inwatec ApS from 70% to 100%, further strengthening the Group’s long-term strategy to accelerate automation, robotics, and AI-driven innovation in the laundry industry.
