OY Vestek AB becomes JENSEN Finland - Strengthening local presence with global expertise

The JENSEN-GROUP has acquired the shares of OY Vestek AB, the long-standing exclusive distributor of JENSEN solutions in Finland. As of February 28, 2026, the company operates under the new name JENSEN Finland.

For many years, OY Vestek AB has successfully delivered advanced laundry solutions, technical expertise and reliable service to customers across Finland. The cooperation between Vestek and the JENSEN-GROUP has been close and built on shared values such as customer focus, quality, long-term thinking, and strong teamwork.

With the integration into the JENSEN-GROUP, this collaboration now moves to the next level. JENSEN Finland combines deep local market knowledge with direct access to the global resources, innovation capabilities and engineering expertise of the JENSEN organization.

JENSEN Finland will continue to operate from its offices in Espoo. Customers will work with the same experienced team and the same trusted contact persons as before. The company will be led by Mr. Patrik Ulfves, son of Olav Ulfves, founder of OY Vestek AB, ensuring continuity and a strong connection to the company’s heritage.

Jesper Munch Jensen, CEO of the JENSEN-GROUP, states:
“Finland has always been an important market for us. By bringing Vestek fully into the JENSEN organization, we are strengthening our commitment to Finnish customers and creating an even stronger platform for future growth and innovation.”

Patrik Ulfves, General Manager of JENSEN Finland, adds:
“Our customers can rely on the same dedicated team and service mindset they know. At the same time, we now have even closer access to the full competence and technology portfolio of the JENSEN-GROUP. This creates new opportunities to develop sustainable and efficient laundry automation solutions together with our customers.”

The strategic step underlines the JENSEN-GROUP’s long-term commitment to the Nordic region and its ambition to further expand sustainable and future-oriented laundry automation solutions in Finland.
