Le Meridien Dubai - Five-star hotel demands five-star equipment

When guests check in to Le Meridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Center, they have high expectations - even the smallest detail should be of the highest standard. This also applies to the room linen, which should always be supreme and inviting.

The laundry manager at Le Meridien Dubai Hotel, Mr. Shiyam Chandru, had demanding requirements to be met when planning the hotel's laundry expansion in late 2016: "At Le Meridien Dubai, the highest quality and consistency are our top priorities, the production line needs to be flawless. We’re coming up to one year since installation and we could not be more satisfied with our decision" says Mr. Shiyam. Following a thorough collaboration between Le Meridien Dubai and Andrew Glassford of NewGen Business Services, local training and on-going engineering support was weighted high too. Le Meridien Dubai chose JENSEN for their new finishing line, as well as two JENSEN JTD 110 Kg dryers.

"As a prestigious five-star hotel with consistent high occupancy, there is no room for production or quality issues. Working with the local JENSEN Dubai team and their distributor, PLET (Al Hathboor Group), gave Mr. Shiyam and his team the confidence to know that the equipment will always be well supported" Andrew Glassford says.

Maximum performance, minimum footprint: the stand-alone dryer JTD 110/250
