Iwash Laundry, Singapore: Choosing the JENSEN and ALPHA by JENSEN Super-Duo

All laundries want to maximize efficiency and reduce costs. One laundry in Singapore found an effective way to do this by combining JENSEN’s high efficiency solutions with the high value for money equipment of ALPHA by JENSEN.

Using ALPHA by JENSEN to meet financial and operational goals
Iwash Laundry was established in 2011 and was acquired by 800 Super Holdings. In 2018, Iwash Laundry started planning a new plant targeting 4 to 5 star hotels in Singapore, and for their laundry equipment, they knew they could not compromise on quality or reliability. They have high—yet standard—washing demands, and the ALPHA by JENSEN range of products had all the basic features needed to achieve their financial and operational goals.

Using JENSEN machines for higher operational efficiency
In order to be competitive and to address the modern demands on a laundry, they knew they also needed to be more sustainable, automated and optimized. JENSEN is ‘creating the future in laundry automation’ and offers a range of high-tech solutions that take laundries to the next level.

Combining the best of both
Iwash Laundry chose to combine both brands. The ALPHA TW5 tunnel washing system is linked with both ALPHA D5 and JENSEN DT dryers. JENSEN material handling solution Futurail, handles the linen flow on both soiled and clean sides and ensures a continuous supply of linen and avoid bottlenecks. For feeding their flatwork finishing lines, they utilize JENSEN’s Express Trio, one of the fastest feeders in the world, as well as the Logic Plus Feeder for perfect feeding quality. These are connected to the full range of ALPHA by JENSEN ironers, folders and stackers.

Making a heavy-duty laundry equipment Super-Duo
The combination of JENSEN and ALPHA by JENSEN makes a laundry Super-Duo. When these two brands from the JENSEN-GROUP team together, they deliver a super solution for industrial laundries that is both high efficiency and high value for money.
