Effortless MobileSort sorting for compact laundries

MobileSort carts can be treated like any other sorting bin - line them up in a row and start sorting.
Directly from customer carts or along a sorting belt, operators can start sorting laundry directly into the MobileSort carts.
What makes the MobileSort cart special is the Futurail bag and bag ring tucked inside.
Once filled, the MobileSort cart can be rolled over to the MLA (Motorized Lifting Aid) and the sorting operator can easily attach the trolleys of the Futurail bag ring onto the rail of the MLA.
Either the MobileSort cart or the MLA can feature a weighing device to determine the exact weight of the bag and its contents.
The bag is then lifted up into the rail system for storage.

Easy, intuitive operation for category & customer selection

MobileSort sorting solutions are provided with an HMI (Human Machine Interface) to allow sorting operators to manually input the batch information into the Futurail Rail Explorer software.
You can choose from a pre-loaded database, the customer and/or category of the batch being loaded onto the system.
MobileSort carts can be equipped with weighing devices or load cells/weighing modules that can be attached to the frame of the MLA (Motorized Lifting Aid) to document and process the load size of the batch entering onto the Futurail System.
