The ContinuSort is the fastest Futurail sorting solution.
The removal of many standard hardware items; such as bins, belts, and loading chutes allow for improved cycle times and very quick operation.
With the ContinuSort, sorting operators experience a near continuous sorting operation, decreasing down-time and increasing productivity.

Seamless sorting integration with the Futurail rail system

Up on the sorting platform, the sorting operator will never know they are sorting directly into a Futurail bag and not a weighing chute.
The removal of bins, belts, and additional hardware improve functionality and allow the Futurail bags to get in, load up, and get out effortlessly.

Improve productivity with essentially no downtime through continuous sorting

The ContinuSort sorting system allows for the Futurail bag to act as the bin for batch weighing.
Once the batch weight is met, an intermediate door closes to separate the sorting chute from the full Futurail bag below allowing the sorting operator to continue.
This eliminates any sorting stoppages.
The Futurail bag exits the sorting position along the rail, a new empty Futurail bag enters into the sorting position, the chute door opens and the sorted material drops into the bag.
The process increases productivity by allowing the sorting operators to keep working throughout the bag exchange process.
