Proven Soiled Sorting Automation

Inwatec in America

Miller’s Textile Services

The value of the Inwatec automated soiled-side sorting system is once again demonstrated at Miller’s Textile Services.

Miller’s installed their Inwatec system in their plant in Wapakoneta, Ohio at the end of 2025, and the company has finalized plans to expand the system in late 2026 – demonstrating their confidence in the technology and its value to the operation.

Inwatec around the world

With more than 200 installations worldwide—including several in the United States—Inwatec’s automated soil sorting systems have proven their value across a wide range of applications, including healthcare and hospitality, as well as a range of plant sizes.

The modular system can support installations that process approximately 1,500 pieces, while also scaling to multi-tunnel-washer facilities that successfully sort 99% of incoming linen on the system.

One of the strongest indicators of that value is repeat investment. Customers who have experienced the benefits of automated sorting continue to include the technology in future expansions. These repeat investments reflect the confidence customers place in Inwatec’s technology—and the measurable value it delivers as their operations grow.
