The Express Pro is the first cornerless feeder designed for hospitality linen. This is made possible thanks to a feeding beam with a bar clamp that allows for heavier and longer items like king sheets and table linen.
Cornerless feeding takes productivity to the next level. Operators only need to find the approximate center of an item and feed that into the feeding nozzle. As a result operators can easily reach over 600 pcs/hour, and with medium sized tablelinen, we have seen operators reach over 1000 pcs per hour (per station)!
Another feature of the Express Pro is the combined 1 and 2 lane operation in mixed production. Large pieces are fed as 1 lane and narrower items are fed in 2 lanes.
For many laundries, this results in twice the productivity out of one ironer line – and with half the manpower.
