  • Large feeding table positioned in the optimum angle for easy visual quality control

Automated sorting

  • Easy extension with two-sided sorting conveyors, sorting onto roll-off tables or into trolleys
  • Sorting based on width, length, RFID tag, or custom categories
  • Scalable design to fit various needs

Automatic tracking & binding

  • Optional RFID-integration (UHF, HF, or LF) to support the tracking of individual mats and provide data for sorting
  • Upgradable with automatic binding machine, using special high-quality stretch film not leaving marks on the fiber side
  • Optional banderole printing to add barcodes and customer information to each mat
