Are you ready to make an impact in a fast-evolving industry where robotics and automation shape the future in laundry automation? We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team in Dubai and support customers across the GCC region.

In this role, you will ensure the continuous performance of our laundry systems and be the trusted partner for our clients: solving challenges, installing machines, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Your responsibilities:
 

  • Perform service and warranty work for customers across the region
  • Assemble and install new machines and complete systems

  • Troubleshoot and repair PC - and PLC-controlled laundry machines (B&R automation)

     

Your profile:

  • Technical qualification as an automation technician or electrician
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with industrial laundry equipment, its installation, repair, maintenance and troubleshooting (electrical, pneumatic, mechanical and hydraulics).
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving
  • Flexibility to work outside regular hours, including weekends, and willingness to travel
  • Fluent in English, fluency in Arabic is an asset
  • Valid UAE work permit (mandatory)
