Reliable, top-quality feeding with the new ALPHA F8

Meet the ALPHA F8, a feeder designed specifically with value-engineering in mind. The ALPHA F8 can deliver large piece items into an ironing line with top quality results. The feeding beam is supported with a bar clamp to reliably handle extremely heavy items like duvets and tablecloths.

A unique and exceptional feeding solution
The ALPHA F8 is the solution for reliable high-quality feeding. Linen is fully opened and stretched out by specially designed and programmed spreading clamps and a powerful vacuum box to fully stretch out and open up the linen.

The ALPHA F8 feeder’s controlled spreading tension allows it to work largely without categories. These sensors recognize the spreading tension required for excellent feeding of the leading edge. They operate at high-speeds, only slowing down at the last second. They stretch the linen just the right amount without risk of tearing. It also has sensors to recognize both the leading and trailing edge, which allows every piece of linen to be fed edge-to-edge, regardless of width.

The choice is yours
ALPHA by JENSEN is the second brand from the JENSEN-GROUP offering solutions for laundries focused on maximizing efficiency and reducing costs. The JENSEN-GROUP has a wide range of feeders with different specializations that allows them to excel in markets all around the world. JENSEN’s Express feeder is the fastest feeder in the world, and its cornerless feeding method allows for each station to feed up to 600 single sheets per hour. The KliQ feeder range incorporates a unique spreading clamp that gives a gentle touch for perfect feeding results.

Value-engineered with value-added
From reliable and high-speed performance to easy maintenance and operator-friendly design, the ALPHA F8 is a winning solution with all the basic functions required to simply get the job done.

The ALPHA F8 is designed for high quality feeding of large piece linen, including duvets and tablecloths.

Sensors recognize the spreading tension required for perfect stretching of the leading edge, resulting in high quality feeding regardless of linen size.

Linen is secured to the feeding beam with a bar clamp, a reliable and low maintenance solution for high quality process of heavy large-piece linen.

The bridge between the feeder and ironer can be lowered to allow small piece linen to be fed directly into the ironer.
