MAXI-PRESS expands its activities in Australia and New Zealand through acquisition of Filterfab

On September 29, 2025, MAXI-PRESS, a subsidiary of the JENSEN-GROUP, signed the purchase of the operations of Filterfab Pty Ltd in Australia, and the shares of Filterfab NZ Limited in New Zealand. Both companies are active in the consumables business for heavy-duty laundry operations and are beneficially owned by Clifford Andrew.

The transaction will impact the consolidated revenue and profitability of the JENSEN-GROUP with less than 5%.

This acquisition will enable the JENSEN-GROUP to further expand its activities within the after-sales business. “Following our acquisition of MAXI-PRESS a year ago, we have swiftly expanded our presence, positioning MAXI-PRESS as a global brand in laundry consumables,” says Jesper M. Jensen, CEO of the JENSEN-GROUP.
