In accordance with Article 14 of the Law of 2 May 2007 on disclosure of major holdings in listed companies, JENSEN-GROUP NV announces that it has received a transparency notification dated October 30, 2025 indicating that Lazard Frères Gestion SAS crossed the minimum threshold of 5% downwards through acquisition or disposal of voting securities or voting rights.
