🌟 The Opportunity

JENSEN-GROUP is a global industrial company transitioning from Dynamics AX 2012 to D365 Finance & Operations. We need someone who takes full ownership of ERP business processes, not as a support function, but as the person who makes supply chain, intercompany, and project accounting actually work across countries, entities, and cultures.

You'll diagnose, design, configure, test, and document. End-to-end. Your solutions. Your ownership.


💡 What We're Looking For

  • ERP Depth: D365 F&O is your home turf. AX 2012 experience is needed while we complete the transition.
  • Process Thinker: You see beyond the system. Supply chain, intercompany flows, project accounting, you understand the business logic, not just the setup screens.
  • Hands-on: You configure and test yourself. You don't hand off a design doc and walk away.
  • Backbone: When Finance proposes something impractical or IT overcomplicates a solution, you speak up. Respectfully, but clearly.
  • Global Mindset: Multiple legal entities, multiple countries, multiple ways of working. That's your normal, not your exception.
  • Clear Communicator: You explain complex ERP topics to people who don't speak ERP.

🌍 How It Works

  • Persons residents in: Germany, Austria, Switzerland
  • Fully remote, full-time
  • One annual team week in Europe
  • 3-4 trips per year to JENSEN locations (1-2 weeks each)
  • English mandatory. German, French, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Italian, Spanish, or Chinese is a plus.



📋 Experience Over Titles

What matters is that you've done this before, in real operations, with real complexity. If you've lived through an AX-to-D365 migration, dealt with messy intercompany flows, or untangled a supply chain process that nobody fully understood, we want to hear from you.

  • You prefer designing solutions but leaving implementation to others.
  • You avoid difficult conversations with Finance or IT.
  • You need a detailed playbook for every situation. We need someone who figures it out.
