Organizational Changes

Dear Customers, dear Business Partners

We would like to inform you about the following changes in our organization:

It has been mutually agreed that Kaj Andersen, Director of Business Region 3, will step down from his role and leave the JENSEN-GROUP. Kaj began his journey with the JENSEN-GROUP in 1990 as the Regional Export Manager at JENSEN Denmark. After working in the UK and Abu Dhabi, UAE, Kaj settled in Singapore in 1993 to establish JENSEN Asia. He has played a significant role in our "Go East Strategy" and in establishing a distributor network and our own Sales and Service Centers in the Middle East, South-East Asia, China, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan as well as legal representatives in India and Hong Kong - all to the benefit of JENSEN customers in the whole region. 

BR3 will be managed as from 1.11.2023 ad interim (a.i.) by Martin Rauch, Chief Operating Officer with the following changes:

  • Mr. YS Wang will take over the JENSEN Asia Pte Ltd. as Managing Director as from the same date, including our activities in the Middle East. The area will be a part of BR5 and report to Bert Debevere, Business Region Director BR5.
  • Australia and New Zealand will report to Mr. Martin Rauch.
  • JENSEN Japan activities have been integrated into the Inax Joint Venture as per 1.10.2023.
  • Kaj will be assisting the new management and ensure a smooth transition towards all stakeholders. 

 

We extend our gratitude to Mr. Kaj Andersen for his exceptional dedication and contributions throughout the last 33 years. Kaj embodied the very essence of the JENSEN spirit, consistently placing our customers and their needs at the forefront of his work. We wish Kaj all the very best for his future pursuits.
