Your Challenge:

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of our customers’ laundry equipment across the Middle East. In an evolving industry, you will play a key role in delivering smart solutions for spotless linen.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Installation, commissioning, and final acceptance of our machines and systems, including service and maintenance
  • Telephone support and close collaboration with the in-house service team

 

Your Profile:

  • Completed training as a mechatronics technician or a similar profession
  • Solid knowledge of mechanics, electrics, and programming
  • Experience with installation and maintenance of complete systems
  • Good English skills, both spoken and written
  • Valid driver’s license (car)
  • Knowledge of PC and control technology

  • Friendly and team-oriented personality
  • Flexible working approach, including occasional weekends
  • Customer-focused, independent, and responsible mindset
