Job Responsibilities

Complete and handle the spare parts quotation, delivery and warranty parts claims for distributors or customers

负责产品报价和运输，处理经销商和客户的维护需求

Coordinate technical manger to arrange service engineers for service, warranty, installation and repair if needed

协助技术经理安排服务工程师对设备进行服务、保养、安装和维修

Communication with factories or service engineers for any issues of spare parts.

与工厂和服务工程师协调关于备件的一切事务

Take a stock take every month and help to issue invoice of spare parts and service job.

每月管理库存，协助处理备件服务工作的发票报销工作

Responsible for documents management of spare parts and service job.

管理备件和服务工作涉及的文件

Be on duty as soon as possible

The ideal candidates will match this profile:

Customer service-minded

Ability to work independently and mature

能够独立的完成工作

Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.

本科及以上学历，机械或电气相关专业

Advance English skills in both writing and spoken. Average computer skills and familiar with MS Office.
