High production

  • Minimum production stops thanks to a new flexible cross folding section with knife and reversing conveyors.

High folding and stacking quality

  • Full control of the flatwork by sandwich belts in the lateral folding section.
  • High folding quality for all types of flatwork by knife and reversing conveyors in the cross folding section.
  • Precise stacking on inline stackers.

Compact solution

  • One or two integrated stackers positioned below the cross folding section.
  • Up to two optional external stackers possible giving up to four stackers for sorting in total.

Versatile

  • Adjustable air pressure in the lateral folding section and a new cross folding section incorporating knife and reversing conveyors allow the Silverline folder to handle thin and thick material in the same program.
  • Up to three lateral folds and three cross folds is possible.
