  • PLC control system CT 3500 and operator panel CT 342 "Touch Screen"
  • Textiles longer than 1600 mm/65" are prefolded, ensuring that they can enter the lateral fold section without any problems.
  • The machine is equipped with a special lateral fold section (I) which can fold pieces up to max. 3200 mm/130" long x 3150mm/125" wide.
  • The lateral fold section is decisive for the width of the folded product. It is accomplished by 2 fold blades over an adjustable template.
  • The template on the first lateral fold section can easily be adjusted by push-button: range 650 - 1050 mm/25½ - 41½".
  • The second lateral fold section can fold pieces up to max. 1650 mm - 730 mm/65" - 29".
  • The template width of the second lateral fold can easily be adjusted by push-button, or automatically via category: range 200 - 360 mm/8 - 14".
  • The three crossfolds are performed in a compact fold section, making 3 crossfolds. The folds are made between sandwich conveyors assuring that the piece does not open up after folding. If a stacker is required, it will also have a hold-down device, due to the tension in the piece.
  • The card board will be inserted in the first crossfold (optional). The cardboard inserter can insert boards:
    Min. 200 x 200 mm/8 x 8”.     (W x L)
    Max. 380 x 280 mm/15 x 11” (W x L)
  • 1st and 2nd quality stackers (optional)
  • Quality sorting, up to 4:
    • 1st quality, stacker one
    • 2nd quality, stacker two
    • 3rd & 4th quality, by-pass the stackers into a basket.
  • It is also possible to have a special cross fold section on this machine, designed to fold bedruffles. Needs to be specified at order, as this will fold the trailing edge out and not as needed for fitted sheets all corners in.
