Application / Operation

High precision compact design folder for various garments such as golf shirts, t-shirts, woven shirts, shorts, fleece wear, etc. The items are folded by two folding blades working over an adjustable template in the primary fold section. The cross folds are performed by folding balde and flip arm. Folded items are stacked in predetermined numbers onto an accumulation conveyor.


Capacity / Speed

  • Cycle time: 3.5 seconds (1028 pieces per hour)
  • Garment sizes: maximum 900 x 1300 mm/35 x 51" (w x l)                                 minimum 300 x 300 mm/12 x 12"
  • Lateral (width) folds: half, one-third and by-pass
  • Cross (length) folds: half, one-third, quarter, by-pass and fixed dimension folds
  • Adj. template width: 120 mm/4¾" x 320 mm/12½"
  • Start modes: automatic by timer or start by button


Models

The standard machine is supplied with one stacking conveyor. However, the Butterfly Apparel can also perform with 0, 2 or 3 separate stacking conveyors.
