Gas-operated dryer with Infrared control
and the RecoCross heat exchanger
The gas-operated Senking dryer can achieve the most efficient performance with Infrared Control and the RecoCross heat exchanger.
The Infrared Control regulates the directed energy supply to the linen in order to avoid unnecessary over-heating and wearing of the linen.
In the RecoCross heat exchanger, the energy of hot dryer exhaust air is used to pre-heat the fresh incoming air.
Savings:
- Reduction in local energy consumption of up to 25% using the integrated RecoCross and Infrared control; i. e. up to 0.2 kW/kg of linen in the full drying process.
- When operating with the Senking high-pressure press (51-57 bar) the energy consumption can be further reduced in relation to the remaining residual moisture of the linen.
