Highly flexible folding system run by one operator

Folds all products such as: small blankets, tier curtains, ruffled and tailored panels, pillowshams, terry products and care pads.

Capacity / Speed

Standard working width 1550 mm/60" and maximum length of linen to be folded is 2300 mm/90"
Max. working width of crossfolder is 450 mm/17½"
Max. working speed 45 m/min./148 ft./min.
Cycle time: 4 sec. for a feeding length of 1660 mm/66"

Models

The Jumbo folder is designed as an all-in-one folder

Textiles longer than 1100 mm/43" are prefolded, ensuring that they can enter the lateral fold section where the items are folded by 2 blades working over an adjustable template.

The 2 crossfolds are performed with 2 outside swingarm stations, the last station always has a press unit.

The card board will be inserted in the prefold (optional).
